Passive Power over Ethernet (PoE) adapter allows to power devices operating in LAN networks via twisted-pair cable (e.g. UTP)
Using this solution, it is possible to power the access point placed in a hermetic housing next to the antenna (in order to reduce losses on the antenna cable) using twisted pair cables from the power supply located inside the building
The set includes two passive devices shown in the pictures below. They have an integrated RJ-45 connector and 2.1/5.5 mm power supply, which fits most popular brands of WLAN devices on the market
