Wiring testers are used to test cable paths terminated with RJ45, BNC connectors.

They consist of two parts:

main - equipped with a switch, diodes and two connectors (RJ45, BNC)
an adapter (terminator) equipped with diodes and connectors of the same type.

Remark! The testers cannot be connected to an active live interface. This can lead to permanent damage to the device. Such damage is not warranted.
