The effective connection distance is 100 meters on Cat5e/Cat6 cable. The solution is small but very effective.

The DN-95132 is an active indoor PoE midspan injector power supply designed specifically for complex backhaul and networking applications. Provides 52 V DC, 0.58 A power for external devices requiring PD power through 2 pairs of output sockets. The solution supports both 10/100 Base-T and Gigabit compatible devices. The solution works with devices that support PD PoE with a power of 30 W, such as wireless access points, WLAN routers, network cameras, IP phones, radio devices and other end devices compatible with power over Ethernet. The solution is fully compliant with the PoE IEEE802.3af standard. The device has a plastic housing protected against fire with a protection level of IP40. The solution supports a wide input voltage range of 100-240 V AC, 50 or 60 Hz. It has a detection chip inside that recognizes and classifies a power-demanding device (PD) before power is supplied to that device. Provides power only when a device supporting the PD (Power Delivery) standard is detected.
